Job summary

Oasis Retail Services Limited is seeking a Team Member in Newtownards to deliver warm customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across gaming venues. You will join a busy team on a rota that includes weekends and public holidays, contributing to a positive guest experience.

The role requires reliable, proactive individuals with cash handling experience and the ability to move and lift equipment. 37 hours per week at £10.94–£12.80 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Confident in moving and lifting machines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of housekeeping and presentation throughout the location.
• Deliver high standards of service and hospitality to all customers.
• Maintain presentation in all areas of work.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Be aware of security of company property and report suspicious activity.
• Report machine faults and errors promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Cover other Oasis branches as required.
