We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Team Leader to manage, motivate, and support our sales team. In this leadership role, you’ll coach your team to success, maximise cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and make sure every customer receives a first-class experience.

What will you do?
As Customer Engagement Team Leader, you’ll manage and support a team of sales professionals focused on existing customers. You’ll be their first point of contact for coaching, training, and escalations, and you’ll be responsible for helping them meet KPIs and exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting your team with high-level sales opportunities and technical queries
• Coaching and mentoring to ensure individual and team targets are met
• Delivering comprehensive product training across all areas of sales
• Managing team performance, including regular 1:1s and KPI reviews
• Driving motivation and activity levels through leadership and support
• Ensuring behaviours align with company values and culture
• Reporting on team progress and forecasting for senior management
• Meeting personal sales targets and leading by example
