You will translate regulatory expectations into practical design solutions, shaping risk-based CDD controls, embedding compliance-by-design principles, and delivering measurable risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Advanced AML/Financial Crime regulatory knowledge with practical interpretation.
• Proven ability to design, optimise and govern CDD controls.
• Deep expertise across the end-to-end CDD lifecycle and its interfaces.
• Ability to translate requirements into traceable control outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems requiring change within the organisation.
• Develop business requirements addressing problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet needs.
• Support creation of business cases justifying investment in solutions.
