Job summary

KONE is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to welcome customers, classify requests, and provide accurate information according to standard processes. The role handles inbound calls and emails, supports supervisors with open callouts, and ensures timely booking and dispatch of engineers.

Qualifications

• Dispatcher experience required.
• Previous work experience in customer service is essential.
• Call Out/Dispatch experience is a bonus.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and users following KONE processes and provide adequate answers.
• Manage incoming requests by telephone and email.
• Support ASMs in follow-up of open callouts and reporting on open jobs.
• Record and book jobs and dispatch engineers promptly.
• Identify safety situations and provide safety instructions per procedures.
• Collaborate in regional meetings and support with data.
• Update daily planning schedules to maximize efficiency.
