At HEINEKEN UK, we’re proud to brew some of the nation’s most iconic beers and ciders; but we’re just as proud of the careers we build and the people who shape them.
Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Customer Development Manager (CDM) to join our field sales team covering the Leeds & Greater Leeds region. Whether you’re working in FMCG, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment, if you’ve got commercial experience and a passion for working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
As one of HEINEKEN’s CDM's, you’ll be responsible for growing HEINEKEN’s presence across a variety of outlets - from community locals to trendsetting bars you’ll work closely with customers to boost brand visibility and commercial performance.
You’ll develop strategic plans that drive mutual value, ensure our products are in the right places at the right times, and help customers bring our brands to life. You’ll also align with major marketing activations; from Champions League and Rugby Champions Cup to UEFA Women’s Euros and Formula 1.
We’re looking for someone with commercial drive, strong relationship-building skills, and the curiosity to learn and grow.
You don’t need to come from an identical role; if you’ve built experience in sales, account management, or business development in any industry, you could be a great fit.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Ideally, you'll have at least 3 months of professional driving experience, but if you don't, that's fine. We'll provide full on-road driver training during your first few months with us.
You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.
We’ve 150 years of brewing history and are proud of this legacy. Yet we’re sure our best days are ahead of us. Every one of our colleagues has a role to play as we dream big, set bold ambitions and push the boundaries. We support colleagues on this journey with development opportunities and unique experiences to help them reach their full potential.
