Customer Development and Retention Specialist

Zip Water UK is seeking a Customer Development and Retention Specialist to support business growth within existing customer accounts and new prospects. This full-time role involves selling, retaining, and expanding revenue, managing client queries with the Customer Experience team, and developing prospects into larger opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintaining and growing customer relationships
  • Achieving KPIs and planning sales activities effectively
  • Supporting team targets across products and services
  • Recording activities on Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries
  • Site visits and prospecting, including site surveys
  • Updating forecast files for key accounts

The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator, problem solver, and data manager, capable of nurturing leads and handling objections effectively.
