About The Role

As one of our Customer Delivery Drivers, you’ll be bringing the unique blend of quality Waitrose produce and Partner-led service right to our customers’ doors. Playing out our ethos - passionate Partners serving food lovers. When not on the road, you'll support the team with daily tasks like stock replenishment and housekeeping, contributing to the shop's efficient operation in a friendly team. Due to the role's nature, you need to be 18 or older.

Key Responsibilities

• Check delivery routes and load your van for deliveries.
• Ensure vehicle safety checks and road compliance.
• Represent the Waitrose brand with excellent customer service.
• Assist customers and build rapport.
• Support shop tasks when needed.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid UK manual driving license (category B) with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Physical ability to lift crates and move cages.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and IT literate.

Desirable Skills

• Previous driving experience, knowledge of chilled vehicles.
