Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Team Member (Customer Delivery Driver) in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll deliver orders in a delivery van, follow a pre-planned route, and use our tech-enabled system to stay on track.

This permanent role offers stable hours, paid breaks, and a supportive team. Shifts start early and can run late; training and initial deliveries occur at current sites before moving to Stoke.

Qualifications

• No previous delivery experience required.
• Must hold a full UK or EU driving licence.
• At least twelve months’ driving experience and up to six penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers’ doors as part of Ocado Logistics.
• Follow pre-planned routes using our tech-enabled system.
• Maintain safety and provide friendly, reliable service.
