About the role

Pay Rate: Starting from £13.35/hour; increases to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to schedule your shifts within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is supported if your available times closely match the advertised slots.

Customer Focus

As the face of Tesco on the road, you will deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting and assisting customers in their homes. This role involves more than driving: helping others and delivering excellent service with a smile.

This role is hands-on, physical, and varied. No two shifts are the same. You will be your own boss during deliveries but have support from managers and colleagues back at the depot.
