Availability Window
Our delivery shifts are available on the following days and times:
Sun, Tue, Fri, Sat from 08:00 to 23:00.

Our pay rate starts from £13.35/hour, increasing to £14.56 inside the M25, with additional location-based payments possible.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to accommodate your availability and provide 3 weeks' notice for shifts.

As a Tesco Customer Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Tesco, delivering groceries to customers' homes, engaging with them, and providing excellent service. This role involves physical activity and variety, with support from managers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery van and trays.
• Ensuring the delivery area is tidy and free of rubbish.
• Loading the van and checking its roadworthiness.
• Communicating with customers about orders and substitutions, and handling any issues.
• Delivering within the scheduled time slots and informing customers of any delays.

Requirements include:

• A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Good communication skills and adaptability.
