Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our road-to-home delivery network. This hands-on, physical role involves delivering groceries to customers in their homes during the stated evening windows, with shifts in the Sun, Mon, Fri and Sat hours. You’ll work independently but have support from managers and staff at base.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25. Minimum guaranteed hours per week apply, with some locations offering additional payments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Customer delivery role requiring friendly, helpful service and ability to handle orders and changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers' homes within allocated time windows.
• Load the van safely and keep it clean and organised.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and handle changes, substitutions or refunds as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and adapt to changing customer needs on the road and in-store.
