Tesco UK – Guildford Superstore is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver on a permanent basis. You will deliver groceries to customers at their homes, driving safely and maintaining high service standards. Shifts include early mornings and evenings, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and a supportive team back at base.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, helpful customer service on every delivery.
• Able to build good relationships with colleagues to deliver great service.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs while on the road and in-store.

Responsibilities

• Keep van and work area clean and organized for each delivery.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes to customers and process refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within the allocated time slot with warm, personal service.
