Job summary

Tesco is recruiting Customer Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom to bring groceries directly to customers’ homes. This role blends driving with hands-on service, delivering great experiences with a smile, while working independently much of the day within a supportive team at base.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs while on the road and in the store.

Responsibilities

• Keep your van clean, tidy, and organized so orders arrive in perfect condition.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes to customers and process refunds as needed.
• Handle products with care and maintain order quality and trust.
• Deliver within the customer time slot with friendly doorstep service.
