Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers’ homes with a friendly, proactive approach. The role blends driving with hands‑on delivery and customer service, in a fast‑paced, variable environment.

Shifts start early and run across the week, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options from 12 hours in some locations. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) is required with up to 3 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer’s time slot to homes, with warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure it is roadworthy and ready to deliver.
• Handle product changes, substitutions or short‑dated items, and offer refunds to keep the customer experience smooth.
• Maintain care of products and keep the van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised.
