Job summary

Tesco is looking for Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers’ homes with a friendly, reliable service. You will drive a van, load and organise deliveries, and ensure orders reach customers in good condition within the promised time window.

Shifts vary; minimum 16 hours per week with options starting from 12 hours. A valid UK/EU/EEA licence with up to 3 penalty points is required. Tesco champions diversity and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the customer's time slot and provide warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Keep the van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Communicate order changes or substitutions clearly and handle refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to support great teamwork and service.
• Be welcoming to customers and colleagues and adapt to changing needs on the road and in-store.
• Adhere to company policies and continue to represent Tesco with a positive attitude.
