Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver during customer time windows, ensuring orders arrive in good condition.
• Load and unload the van safely; keep vehicle and work area tidy.
• Explain order changes or substitutions to customers and process refunds when needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with a friendly, helpful manner.
• Build good relationships with team members to support service quality.
