Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too and would love to hear from you.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. As the face of Tesco on the road, we deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats. Our Customer Delivery Drivers meet and talk to customers in their homes daily. This role involves more than just driving: it’s about helping others and delivering excellent service with a smile.
This role is hands-on, physical, and varied. No two shifts are the same, and customers seek help in many different ways. You’ll feel like your own boss most of the day, delivering to customers, with support from managers and colleagues back at base.

Starting from £13.35/hour, increasing to £14.56 inside the M25; additional payments may apply.
