Job summary

Jewson Bristol, part of STARK Building Materials UK, is seeking an Area HGV Class 2 Driver with HIAB training to deliver building materials across a cluster of branches including Bath, Bristol, Clevedon, Frome, Radstock, Stroud, Weston-super-Mare and Yate. You will be paid travel and subsistence while ensuring safe, efficient service.

You will hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, CPC card, and Digi Tachograph card; experience with multidrop is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Experience with multidrop is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional approach.
• Load and unload goods and operate the crane as required.
• Support team members and cover absences within a designated area across multiple branches.

Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role. As an Area driver you will be required to cover absence within a designated area.You will be assigned to our **Jewson Bristol** branch and required to cover a cluster of branches.
