Job summary

WHSmith Wakefield Westgate Rail is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service, work independently or as part of a team, and uphold our store standards. This role includes lone working; Sunday 8:00–14:00 and Monday 6:00–12:45 (11 hours 55 minutes weekly).

You’ll stock replenish, keep displays tidy, and assist customers to find what they need while supporting colleagues to meet our high standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Carry out stock replenishment, keeping store areas tidy and inviting.
• Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they need.
