We recognize it can be a great tool to help you organize your thoughts and help you put your best foot forward but we also believe in our core value of Be Real and Have Fun—which means we value authenticity above all. We want to see your unique perspective and experience come through in the hiring process.
You may be wondering how we use AI in the hiring process here at 360insights. We don’t use AI exclusively or definitively to screen out candidates based on key word searches. We do use AI within our applicant management system for productivity to prioritize candidates that our recruitment team would like to connect with based on prior experience and skills but ultimately all resumes are read by a human recruiter.
