The OpportunityThis role focuses on developing and managing contract strategies while ensuring compliance with policies, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities include handling negotiations, risk management, and financial oversight to optimize project performance. You will oversee claims, payments, and contractual obligations while maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance, enforce agreements, and support project success across various sectors.
How You’ll Make an ImpactDevelop contract strategies and proposals aligned with policies, budgets, and timelines.
Negotiate, review, and ensure compliance with contract terms to maximize financial and operational performance.
Oversee commercial aspects, including payments, claims, and variation orders, while mitigating risks.
Maintain contract documentation, track amendments, and monitor project progress.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Law (essential).
Relevant professional qualifications (desirable).
Expertise in contract negotiation, strategy development, and risk management.
Experience managing complex projects and ensuring contractual compliance.
Strong capabilities in claims management and dispute resolution strategies.
Proficiency in financial forecasting, cost analysis, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
