Customer Care - Northwich Drive Thru (Full Time [Guaranteed Minimum Hours available])

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. You will deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas. Responsibilities include:

  1. Making children feel welcome and handing out balloons.
  2. Organizing special events and looking after customers' specific needs.
  3. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
  4. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  5. Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers.
  6. Keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

You'll be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, and we’re looking for a genuine smile and an ability to connect with customers. Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior will come naturally to you, and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are essential.
