Electrical Customer Care & Maintenance Engineer

(Location: Kent & London)

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Plumbing and Electrical New Build Installation company delivering high-quality projects throughout London and the Southeast. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who takes pride in providing exceptional service and technical expertise.

The Role:

As a Customer Care & Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting homeowners and maintaining essential systems. You’ll be the friendly face of the business—combining strong electrical knowledge with excellent communication skills.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

·Attending residential properties to diagnose and resolve electrical faults

·Conducting maintenance works within plant rooms

·Delivering outstanding customer service at every visit

·Submitting detailed job reports daily

·Completing risk assessments to ensure the safety of yourself and customers

·Proactively contacting customers to confirm appointments and provide updates

·Reporting recurring issues to help us enhance service quality

What are we looking for:

To thrive in this position, you should bring:

·City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (Desirable)

·Experience with heating control systems

·A methodical approach, strong technical knowledge, and a desire to learn new technologies

·Strong written communication and IT proficiency for accurate reporting

·A full UK driving licence (Essential)
