This role plays a key part in ensuring customers feel supported and valued from the moment they move into their new homes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers after legal completion
  • Coordinating with contractors and site teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Ensuring materials and labour are arranged before work begins
  • Personally checking in with customers post-move-in to ensure satisfaction
  • Producing accurate and timely documentation for all customer care activities
  • Keeping the customer database up-to-date

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a Customer service or aftercare role, ideally within construction
  • Strong organisational and planning skills—you can juggle tasks with ease
  • A team player who’s confident working with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, friendly attitude who is a real team player
