Requirements
  • Experience in a customer care or service team
  • Ability to learn new products
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Good English and math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn
What We Offer
  • £24,000 per annum (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core hours 8am – 5pm)
