Overview

For over 40 years, Mamas & Papas has grown to become one of the most globally recognised retailers & award-winning manufacturers within the baby & nursery products sector. We offer a wide range of products including prams, cots, baby changing tables, and clothing, combined with exceptional in-store service that builds trust and creates cherished memories.

Within our Customer Care / Contact Centre / Call Centre, based at our Head Office on the outskirts of Huddersfield, we ensure that whenever our customers need us, we are there for them. Our team provides friendly support via phone and email, helping to resolve queries related to our products purchased in-store, online, or through retail partners.

The Role of CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an additional CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR to join us on a full-time basis. We will provide comprehensive training in call and email handling, systems, and product knowledge to enable you to manage a variety of customer inquiries confidently.

Working hours

The role involves working Monday to Friday from 09:15 to 17:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00. You will have a day off during the week when you work a Saturday, typically Tuesday to Friday.

Location & Accessibility

By Car: From Huddersfield (Free onsite parking):
From Leeds Road, turn left onto Oak Road, then right onto Bradley Road/A6107. Continue straight onto Colne Bridge Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit into M&P Head Office, then immediately turn left to the carpark barrier.

By Bus: From Huddersfield Town Centre, catch buses 202, 203, 228, or 229 to Cooper Bridge Road, then follow the directions above.

By Train: From Huddersfield Train Station, take the same buses as above.
