Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Customer Care team member to be the face of our restaurant and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will help maintain cleanliness, greet customers with a smile, and assist with queries while upholding our values of service, inclusion and integrity.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to progress across shifts and events, inviting a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

This role requires availability to work shifts across various days and times. To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays - Monday to Friday, working shifts across Early Mornings and Afternoons.
