McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking friendly individuals for Customer Care roles at our Daventry location. You’ll help deliver a great customer experience, maintain cleanliness, and provide a warm, welcoming service with a positive attitude. Training is provided, and shifts cover weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

This role requires availability to work shifts across various days and times. To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings. What does a day as a Customer Care look like?

As Customer Care, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a vital role in delivering a great customer experience. Whether you’re maintaining cleanliness, welcoming a customer with a smile or supporting a query, you’ll make sure every visit is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:
