Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Cricklewood is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our Cricklewood Club on a 40-hour contract with evening and weekend shifts. You will go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, looking after customers as caring for people is in our DNA.

The role requires delivering high-quality face-to-face service, maintaining a safe gambling environment, and supporting across front of house and club operations. 40-hour schedule with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in face-to-face roles (hospitality/retail/leisure).
• Strong communication skills adaptable to different situations.
• Experience handling cash and basic numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with customers.
• Assist across club areas including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, bar, kitchen, and housekeeping.
• Support with other duties as requested by line manager.
• Ensure presentation and cleanliness; check toilets.

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
  Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
• Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations when necessary
• Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
• You are confident at challenging the way things are done and can make sure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
