Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Witney is seeking a Night Customer Assistant to help run our store smoothly during the night shift. You’ll stock shelves, keep spaces tidy, move stock from warehouse to shop floor, and handle varied product types while maintaining safety and a positive customer focus.

This part-time fixed-term role offers a nightshift premium, discounts, holiday entitlement, and pension benefits, with flexible hours from 21:00 to 07:00 as listed in the availability window.

Responsibilities

• Getting the store ready for the day ahead by filling shelves, working at a good steady pace throughout the night and being prepared to work with a variety of product types.
• Keeping your workspace tidy for other colleagues and making sure our aisles are clean, presentable and ready for our customers the next day.
• Collecting and moving stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor, including heavy equipment and containers.
• Working across different parts of the store, which could include chilled and frozen areas.
• Using equipment, handsets and digital systems to complete your work accurately and safely.
• Helping in other areas when needed, which could include picking online orders or serving customers at checkouts once you’re trained and confident
