Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to work across our store, keeping shelves stocked, tills running and customers serviced. You’ll be part of a friendly team, delivering consistent, high‑quality service while maintaining store standards and products to the highest level.

You’ll benefit from a competitive hourly rate (£14.80–£15.30), 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, and a 10% in-store discount, plus a pension scheme and additional family leave. Bank holidays and night bonuses are also included.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
• Passionately provide excellent customer service
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
