Job summary

Lidl GB in Southampton is seeking a Customer Assistant. You’ll move between restocking, tills, and helping customers, providing friendly service and keeping the store tidy and well organised.

The role is a 35 hour contract with fully flex morning shifts, and an hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45, with additional pay for bank holidays and nights. You’ll receive 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, enhanced family leave, and long service awards.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
