Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Wilmslow is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section to deliver style advice and five-star service. You’ll join a fast-paced team on the shop floor, supporting customers with trend-led products and expert recommendations.

Evening and weekend shifts are part of the role; you’ll be using Sparks App and in-store devices to create a seamless shopping experience while upholding the brand’s high standards and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fashion, home & beauty expertise and five-star customer service on the shop floor.
• Drive sales by recommending items and promoting new fashion ranges.
