Qualifications

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Willing to help wherever needed, including filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and well-presented, and manoeuvre heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building knowledge of our products, services and promotions to confidently recommend to customers.
