Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant to be the frontline in our Stirling store. You’ll manage till operations, perform cash reconciliations, and support customers with product knowledge while delivering a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

In this role you’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers, work as part of a dynamic team, and adapt to varying store priorities across shifts. A passion for service and teamwork is essential.
