Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant in the United Kingdom. Earn £13.45–£14.45 an hour on a 35-hour contract with AM/PM shifts. Enjoy 30-35 days pro rata holiday, a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme as part of our benefits package.

You'll restock, operate tills, keep the store clean and organised, and deliver excellent service. With on-going training, there are opportunities to progress to Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialist roles within a supportive team.

As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to jumping on tills, you'll keep moving, keep business booming and never be bored. You'll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve.
