Job summary

Lidl Halifax is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our store team. You’ll help customers, restock deliveries, and keep the store clean and organised while delivering a consistently friendly shopping experience.

The role is full-time, permanent and offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.45–£14.45), 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a pension, and a 10% in-store discount. Evening and weekend shifts are common, with opportunities to progress.
