Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited is recruiting for a part-time position at our Frome store. The role involves a mix of shelf replenishment, customer service, and sales support, with opportunities to use digital tools to improve the shopper experience.

The contract is a fixed-term assignment ending 2 January 2027. You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK. Flexible availability is valued to help cover peak periods, especially during festive seasons.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and providing friendly, helpful service
• Be flexible to assist where needed: filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling products
• Use and embrace digital tools to perform job effectively and enhance customer experience
• Help organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and well-presented, and handle loads safely
• Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to confidently recommend options to customers

What you’ll be doing

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
