Sainsbury's Limited in Dungannon is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part‑time role to support in-store and online order collection. You will deliver excellent customer service on tills and at the collection point, helping customers with questions and providing product knowledge.

The role offers a fixed-term assignment ending 26 December 2026, with an hourly rate of £13.23. You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK and be flexible across weekdays and weekends.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
