Job summary

Argos is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor in Whitehaven to help customers in-store and at collection points. You will handle till transactions, assist with online orders, and provide product recommendations while keeping the shop floor well organised.

This fixed-term assignment offers flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends and requires UK right-to-work status. You’ll be supported by a strong team in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
