Job summary

Argos in Bridlington is seeking a Customer Service Colleague to help customers at tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter. You’ll collect products from stock, take payments and discuss relevant financial services while processing refunds.

You’ll be present on the shop floor to assist customers and provide product recommendations. You’ll build strong product knowledge and be a supportive team member in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with flexible shifts and

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts,including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
