Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking a Customer Adoption Executive to support customers through onboarding, adoption and achieving outcomes within the first year. You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth, value-driven start.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, sharing best practices, and monitoring customer health to maximise retention and satisfaction. Hybrid work is available in Manchester or Slough.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.

• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding calls and welcome sessions for new customers following contract signature.
• Guide customers through activation, setup, and initial adoption activities.
• Promote training resources, support channels, and self-service tools.
• Build customer confidence during the early stages of their journey.
• Coordinate with Professional Services when required.
