Lisa Eldridge Beauty is the artist-led brand redefining luxury beauty. Founded by globally renowned makeup artist Lisa Eldridge, we are known for our undupable colour, inclusive complexion products, and skincare innovation. We’re looking for a strategic and creative Acquisition Marketing Manager to help us scale even further.

The Role

As Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering new customer growth across all paid channels, partnerships, and affiliates. This is a pivotal role that blends data-driven performance with brand-sensitive creative thinking. You'll manage agency partners, own reporting, and you’ll brief and test creative tailored for new customer acquisition, ensuring the right messages and products are front and centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the customer acquisition strategy across multiple channels including: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), Paid Search (Google, YouTube), Co-branded opportunities and collaborations
  • Brief and collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test specific assets that convert new customers, aligned to product insights, bestsellers, and Lisa’s brand vision
  • Shape the messaging strategy for acquisition campaigns—focusing on hero products, brand discovery, and what makes us different
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring clear KPIs, testing roadmaps, and brand consistency
  • Optimise campaigns for CAC, ROAS, new customer volume, and LTV—across multiple territories including UK, US and ROW
  • Work with the marketing team to Build and scale a high-performing affiliate channel with aligned, on-brand partners
  • Drive high-impact lead generation through content, partnerships and activations (pop-ups, events, samples)
  • Deliver clear, actionable weekly and monthly reporting with insights, learnings and next steps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, eCommerce, Social, content, and brand teams to ensure a connected journey

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years experience in digital performance or growth marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion or luxury D2C
  • Proven success managing paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing at scale
  • Strong creative eye: you can brief high-converting creative and know how to translate brand equity into thumb-stopping ads
  • Experience with data and tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, and affiliate platforms
  • Highly analytical, with excellent attention to detail, reporting acumen, and the ability to turn insights into action
  • A passion for customer behaviour and brand storytelling—not just numbers
  • Proactive, collaborative, and confident managing agencies, budgets, and internal stakeholders
  • Love for beauty, artistry, and Lisa’s world is a strong plus
