The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will handle the entire process of providing loans to our customers. Your responsibilities include speaking to customers, establishing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting them throughout the loan lifecycle.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent rapport-building abilities both on the phone and face-to-face, and a keen eye for detail. We are passionate about our customers, and our employees demonstrate this through delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

The Salary
Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
