The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be involved in the entire process of providing loans to our customers. Your responsibilities include speaking to customers inquiring at the local branch, establishing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their loans.
This role requires strong communication skills and excellent rapport-building abilities both over the phone and face-to-face, along with a keen eye for detail. We are passionate about our customers, and our employees demonstrate this daily by delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

The Salary
Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
