• Must have GCSE English/Literature or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in the custody suite for officers and detainees.
• Assist Custody Officers and investigators in processing persons in custody.
• Prepare, complete and administer documentation and computer records to ensure compliance.
• Respond to dynamic incidents requiring rapid, professional action.
