Job summary

St John's College in Brighton is seeking a dedicated Curriculum Manager to lead the quality of teaching, learning and assessment. Based in Sussex, you will line-manage teachers and contribute to SAR and QIP.

You will chair leadership meetings, monitor teaching, and collaborate with the Head of College to implement strategy and the business plan, driving continuous improvement for learners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Line Management: manage a team of teachers, including sickness, holidays, and regular check-ins.
• Quality Monitoring & Improvement: lead observations of teaching and learning, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Data Gathering & Reporting: work with the Deputy Head to contribute to SAR and QIP.
• Leadership Contribution: participate in leadership meetings to support strategy and business planning.
