You will act as CURO CRM subject matter expert, configure CRM workflows, analyze processes, and produce management reports while ensuring data quality and documentation. Strong Excel and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CURO CRM experience with user support or configuration.
• Background in financial services or professional services.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.
• Understanding of process improvement and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for CURO CRM and support users.
• Configure systems and develop workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Analyse business processes and deliver technology-led improvements.
• Produce management reports and maintain data quality.
• Deliver user training and create documentation.
• Support small change projects and client output solutions using Smartflows/Xperido.
