We are currently recruiting for a CUPRA Specialist / Car Sales Executive to join our CUPRA Dealership in Coventry.

The hours of work operate on a 2-week rota: week 1, Monday to Sunday with a day off in the week; week 2, Monday to Friday with weekends off. Hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.

Role and Responsibilities

As a CUPRA Specialist with Listers, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your goal is to match customers to the right car with suitable features and add-ons, guiding them through financing and contracts to achieve total satisfaction.

  • Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and first impressions.
  • Maximize opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and internet leads.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximize profit.
  • Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.

About you

  • Experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager may be beneficial.
  • Motor trade or automotive experience is not essential; full training will be provided.
  • You should demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
  • Hold a valid UK driver’s license.
