Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a CUPRA Specialist / Car Sales Executive to join our CUPRA Dealership in Coventry.

The hours of work operate on a 2-week rota: week 1, you will work Monday to Sunday with a day off in the week; week 2, you will work Monday to Friday with the weekend off. Hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturdays, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.

Role And Responsibilities

As a CUPRA Specialist with Listers, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your role involves matching customers to the right car, features, and add-ons, and managing the entire process from financing to contracts to ensure total customer satisfaction.

  • Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
  • Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and internet leads.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximise profit.
  • Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the quality of the customer database.
About You
  • This role may suit someone with experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • You should demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers is essential.
  • Potential to build a successful career in the industry.
  • You must hold a valid UK driver’s license.
